I have over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, both as a Realtor and as a developer in the Mid- Hudson Valley, Long Island, Connecticut and New Jersey.  I have broad experience with National retail tenants.  My current representation includes:  JPM Chase, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Key Bank, Noodles, Great Expressions Dental Centers and Beacon Roofing Supplies.   Other tenants that I have represented include CVS, Sears, Wendy’s, Hurricane Grill and Wings, Circuit City, Weight Watchers and many others.

I successfully represent landlords and developers with leasing major shopping centers, acquisition and sales, with commercial experience in retail, office and industrial buildings.
